KINECTIV ATHLETE // JOCELYN McINTOSH

Jocelyn shows up with heart - for her family, her community, and her running journey.

In August 2025, Jocelyn lined up for the Sydney Marathon, a major milestone in her pursuit of completing all 6 World Major Marathons and earning that coveted 6 Star Finisher Medal 🌟

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹?
Earlier this year, Jocelyn was involved in a rear-end collision. Luckily everyone was safe, but the injuries meant navigating work, life, motherhood, and training - all while committing to regular Kinesiology and Chiropractic care with 💪

Jocelyn also serves on the board of 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗻, a community that uplifts and champions Indigenous women in sport. This fall, she flew to New York to cheer on and support 5 Indigenous women running the NYC Marathon - a race she completed herself in 2024, even while injured.

Jocelyn - it’s been an honour to support your recovery and your goals. Your dedication, leadership, and love for your community inspire everyone around you. We’re with you every step on the road to your 6-Star finish 💪

Feed kids, fuel learning 💛

We’re teaming up with the 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 to support their 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 - providing over 600 meals a day to local students and families across 8 schools.

We’re excited to share an important milestone in Dr. Esha’s practice - she has officially transitioned from Counsellor to Psychologist 🎉

Osteoporosis is more common than many realize, especially post-menopause - and most people don’t know they have osteoporosis until a fracture occurs. The encouraging part? There is so much you can do to stay strong and supported 💪

KINECTIV ATHLETE // TALIYAH MARTINEZ

If you’ve followed women’s field lacrosse in Canada, you’ve probably heard the name Taliyah Martinez. For the last three years, she’s competed with Alliance National 2026, consistently ranked among the top 10 teams nationally 👏

Recently, Taliyah earned the opportunity to represent Lacrosse Canada NDTP U19 West in Maryland, competing against elite U.S. and Canadian teams — a milestone moment in her already impressive journey ✨

Like many athletes pushing to the next level, her path hasn’t been without setbacks. A re-sprained ankle meant shifting gears and stepping into rehab — and she’s been putting in the work with the Kinectiv team to come back strong 💪

Taliyah, thanks for trusting us with your recovery and your goals. We can’t wait to see you back out there doing what you love — faster, stronger, and more resilient than ever 🥍🔥
