Canadians want modern, humane and innovative methods to replace cruel animal testing. Each year in our country, about 100,000 animals are subjected to procedures that cause severe pain and distress, and another 1.1 million animals are subjected to moderate to severe distress.

Animals are suffering, even though better options are available.
