Our Story
Enlighten Counselling & Psychotherapy was formed to provide counselling services to anyone needing assistance. These include transitional life experiences, mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, etc., and/or help addressing issues of stress, self-esteem, peer pressure, social isolation etc. The focus is you, the client. At Enlighten, I listen, I hear your courage and sense your resilience and endeavor to walk alongside you through this journey. I aim to create a safe haven for you, build warmth, rapport and mutual trust before embarking on our work together.
