The creator is there for you but you’re the only one who can create the outcome you want. Sitting around and waiting for a sign will not create the things you want to achieve, you are the one who has to put in the effort and time in. You are the only one who can make it happen! Trust in yourself to make positive life changes in your life to find your happiness! If you are struggling , seek the support , talk to someone! No one will come and save you, you need to save yourself!

The Shape of Care

My father once told me to kneel when love is present.
He said standing tall is not always strength.
I remembered that while watching the tall grass.
A mother bends toward the small face before her.
The child looks upward with open trust.
Wind moves softly through the meadow.

Sometimes the heart grows impatient.
We rush the quiet lessons of the young.
Our voices grow firm too quickly.
Our hands try to shape the moment.
Pride hides inside the chest.
Wind notices the tension.

Lower your voice.
Let the breath slow in the ribs.
Place a steady hand across the small shoulder.
Listen before speaking the next word.
Let patience arrive before advice.
Wind softens the space.

Butterflies drift between yellow flowers.
Petals tremble along thin stems.
The grass bends but never breaks.
The child leans closer without fear.
Nothing in the field demands hurry.
Wind keeps the rhythm.

Walk beside those who trust your shadow.
Guide with presence, not force.
Leave warmth where your hands rest.
Let kindness travel farther than instruction.
The meadow will remember your steps.

Wolf in Open Grass

Strength is not loud.
It is steady.

The wolf stands in open grass.
Wind moving through pale fur.
Mountains holding the horizon behind.
Sky wide and clear above the field.
Her gaze fixed ahead.

There is pride that wants to rush.
A pull to prove what needs no proof.
Restlessness rising in the chest.
Feet ready before the path is chosen.

Slow your step.
Let the land speak first.
Keep your shoulders level.
Move only when the ground agrees.

The wolf does not chase every movement.
It waits.
It watches.
It steps with purpose when the time is right.

Respect the wide sky.
Respect the ground that carries you.
Stand firm without needing applause.

Love is respect, love is truth, love is kindness, love is the essence of who we are. Love brings healing, peace and forgiveness. . . We are here to love and connect with one another. We are all here on this planet earth to love. Take care of Mother Earth, love her soil she lets us walk on, love the air she gives us to breathe, respect her and love her unconditionally as without Mother Earth we would not survive. She is the essence of our existence.

She Who Speaks to the Stars

She lifts her breath toward the sky’s deep blue,
hair flowing like a river of midnight wind.
Constellations scatter across her shawl,
tiny fires guiding her silent prayer.

Beside her stands the wolf of the high mountains,
voice rising into the endless dark.
Its song does not break the silence —
it becomes the silence, shaped by spirit.

The mountains hold their ancient watch,
snow and stone listening without judgment.
Gold sparks drift through the air like memory,
reminding her that every soul is made of light.

She does not ask the sky for answers.
She offers her heart to its vastness,
trusting the path written in stars
long before her first breath touched the earth.

And as wolf and woman face the heavens together,
they become part of the cosmic story —
keepers of a song older than language,
walking where sky and spirit meet as one.

A hand lifts a feather
the way a promise is lifted.
The feather catches the last sun.
Birds circle through soft sky.
Flowers lean toward the warm air.

Doubt can make the grip too hard.
Pride can make the chest too tight.
Grief can make the eyes dry and sharp.
Waiting feels long in a wide field.
The feather cannot be forced to stay.

Hold it gently.
Let breath slow down.
Listen before speaking.
Release what is not yours to keep.
Stay kind to your own heart.

The feather drifts when it is ready.
It rides the air without struggle.
It turns, it lifts, it falls.
It travels farther than planning.
It leaves the hand without anger.

Respect for what passes through.
Respect for the sky that carries it.

Life goes on, when someone leaves us we must go on, it’s not a choice, we have to. Losing our loved ones is the cruelest thing that a human has to go through but in our heart we know our loved one is free! We cry for us as we know they have not left us but they are with us in another realm. They are able to see us but because they do not have their physical body anymore we cannot touch them or see them physically. If we quiet our minds though we can hear them talk to us through our thoughts of them. If we stand still we can feel the wind
that surrounds us. Their spirit is with us in our heart and and in our mind. Find your inner peace in knowing they are free and at peace. 🙏🙏
