I draw from the Gottman Method which is a based on extensive research on what makes relationships thrive or fail. This method gives us a structure to assess what’s going wrong in the relationship and build a solid foundation of skills to bridge the distance between you and your partner and rekindle the love you thought you had lost. I also bring knowledge and strategies from attachment-based approach to couples issues.
