Exciting news! We’re kicking off a new six-week yoga series next week at Cheticamp Martial Arts with Catie.
Tuesdays from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Level 1 Class: Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a slower-paced session with longer holds. Focus will be on stretching, relaxation, and balance. It’s a great introduction to yoga or a peaceful reset for your body if you have some experience.
Thursdays from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Level 2 Class: A bit faster-paced with quicker transitions and a few more advanced postures. It’s designed for those looking for a more dynamic flow, but don’t worry—it’s not an advanced class. It’s all about stepping it up while keeping it fun and accessible.
Both classes are suitable for most practitioners, and if you’re unsure which class is right for you, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to chat and help you decide!
Pricing Details:
• Non-members of Cheticamp Martial Arts:
$90 for one class per week (6 weeks)
$150 for two classes per week (6 weeks)
• CMA Members:
$60 for one class per week (6 weeks)
$120 for two classes per week (6 weeks)
To secure your spot, please e-transfer to cmason.rhn@gmail.com and indicate which class you are signing up for or let me know if you’ll be bringing cash to the first session.
Drop-ins are also available when space permits at $20 per class. Also if space permits you can switch to the other class if you can’t make your preferred class one week.
