Christina and Patrick consistently attend CrossFit PRIME twice a week and occasionally join a regular 12pm class once or twice a month. They prioritize the gym by scheduling it like an important meeting in their calendars — and with a little extra accountability from their son, Coach Phil, they make sure not to miss it. Training alongside friends also helps keep them motivated and committed. Over the past year, they’ve made meaningful changes to their nutrition, focusing on increasing protein and cutting back on noodles — a big shift that’s supported their progress on their fitness journey.
