Happy Friday to Rhys!
Rhys, a dedicated teenager, has seen incredible results in just two months of CrossFit, gaining 4.4lbs of muscle while dropping 4.7% body fat. 👏🏻
His overall bodyweight only increased by 1.3lbs, showing that his progress is made up of strong, lean gains rather than unnecessary weight. 💪🏼
With swimming as his primary sport, he’s using CrossFit as the perfect complement to build the strength and mobility he needs in the water. 💯
These improvements give him more power off the blocks, greater endurance in the pool, and better body control with each stroke. ⭐️
