This pregnancy has come with a few unexpected turns. Because of the risk of downs syndrome and a larger nuchal translucency measure, I was sent for a fetal echocardiogram to take a closer look at baby’s heart. Even though the wait and uncertainty were overwhelming, the doctor said everything looks good — a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Knowing baby’s heart is healthy gives me the strength to keep moving through the rest of the tests with hope.

✨Hey Mamas — Bring Your Baby, Bring Your Strength✨

Did you know you can bring your baby with you to class? 👶💪
Our baby-friendly daytime classes are designed especially for postpartum moms — because taking care of you matters, too.

Studies show that moving your body in a supportive group setting after birth can boost your mood, improve sleep, balance blood sugar, and help you feel less isolated (yes, please 🙌).

Whether your little one joins you in class or you’ve got childcare at home, these classes are all about rebuilding strength, connection, and confidence from the inside out:

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Mama — gentle movement + deep stretch to start your week grounded
🏋️‍♀️ Fit Mama — strength and sweat for the ultimate feel-good energy boost
💃 Barre Mama — low-impact sculpting that fires up every muscle
💫 Mama Core + Floor — rebuild your core and pelvic floor safely + effectively

Bring your baby, bring your stroller, bring your village. 💕
Because motherhood is better when we move together.

Surprising our boss with a baby shower she’ll never forget!

She thought the fam took a pit stop to look at a plumbing issue at work🤣

Special shout out to for the food!

Should we host baby showers here at PUSH now?🤔😂

Had my anatomy scan at 18 weeks and we got flagged for more issues 😭. They couldn’t get a clear look at a few things (foot, kidney, and heart. An additional genetic test was also added after seeing echogenic bowel on the ultrasound. Next appointment is to see a pediatric cardiologist to check on baby’s heart - Stay tuned for my next video where I talk about that visit.

If you’re feeling like it’s hard to take a deep breath or your ribs ache - try this gentle rib release PUSHACK💕

As pregnancy progresses, the growing uterus pushes the diaphragm upward and compresses the ribs - leading to rib flare, shortness of breath, and upper-back or chest tension. Most people think “that’s just part of pregnancy,” but RMTs (like Christina!) know how much rib mobility and gentle fascial work can help.

This helps promote easier breathing, supports the lymphatic system, and relieves tension around the ribs and chest - creating more space for both breathing and baby. It’s safe, gentle, and feels incredible when done mindfully.

Working out through the 1st and 2nd trimester can make such a difference — easing aches and pains, improving posture, and helping you feel more connected to your body. Movement really is medicine! 💪 At PUSH, our prenatal classes are designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy, helping you stay strong, mobile, and confident as your body changes. Whether you’re new to fitness or continuing your routine, there’s something for everyone. As I move into my 3rd trimester, I’m hoping to keep moving at a slower, more relaxed pace — still showing up, just listening to what my body needs 🤍🤰Leave a comment in the captions if you’re working out! Let us know what you’re doing!

Around 17 weeks, I got an amniocentesis. It’s a procedure where a needle is used to collect a small sample of amniotic fluid from the amniotic sac for more genetic testing. I wanted to share my story for anyone who might be going through something similar. This is my personal experience, not medical advice — please talk to your doctor about your own care. If you have any questions about ny experience, leave a comment and let's chat! 🤍 Stay tuned to hear my results.
