Preparing my kids for the home birth experience is harder than expected. My oldest doesn’t want to see very much, but my younger kids are intrigued to stick around. I just don’t know how to tell them about what they might see during the process. If you have any advice on how you prepped your kids for home birth, I’d love to hear from you.

2025 was a rough year, but I’m so grateful for everything it has given me. We started the series “40 and pregnant with my 4th” to share about my experiences in failing all my prenatal screenings. For those of you going through similar experiences, I hope you could relate to my videos and know that you’re not alone. Even though it was my 4t pregnancy, a lot of this was new to me so it was my first time going through all of it too. The series isn’t over yet, so stay tuned until the end!

Back at 18 weeks, they couldn’t find his left foot during the anatomy scan… now they think he has a short left leg? We’ve been through so much, so it was hard to celebrate being discharged from the OB. But that means we’re in the clear and we can finally plan that home birth! Stay tuned for more updates!

Ready to continue building strength after baby? 💪

Our 6-week Strong Mama Postpartum Program is back! This time with distinction- Level 2 was created for moms who have already completed Level 1 in the previous cohorts, and Level 1 is for moms who are looking to start their journey of rebuilding strength after childbirth.

🗓 Dates: January 9- February 13 (6 weeks)

⏰ Time: Fridays: Level 1 - 2-3 pm
Level 2- 12:45–1:45PM

👶 Babies welcome (but not required!)

📍 Led by Dr. Anita, Chiropractor

In this 6-week small group series, we’ll focus on:
✅ Core rehab progression
✅ Strength training
✅ Hands-on guidance

For today's Dr. Beatrice gives us three tips to remember to take your supplements consistently:

1️⃣ Use a pill organizer� - Buy a weekly pill box and preload your supplements once a week. This removes daily decision-making and makes it easy to see if you’ve missed a dose.
2️⃣ Set reminders or alarms� - Use your phone alarms or reminder apps to prompt you at the same time each day—especially helpful when building the habit.
3️⃣ Habit stack� - Pair supplements with something you already do automatically, like making your morning coffee, eating meals, or getting ready for bed. Keep them in a visible, high-traffic spot so they’re hard to forget.
