🎉 Happy birthday, Carl von Linde! The German engineer, inventor and founder of Linde was born on June 11, 1842.

When he was young, he often went hiking with his father and his older brother. According to his autobiography, "he endured daily distances of 60 to 65 kilometers (over 35 miles) with luggage." All this exercise was apparently beneficial to von Linde, who lived to age 92.

Linde elves hard at work!

Over the last two and a half weeks, the employees from our gas plant in Paris, donated money to purchase toys for our local Salvation Army. The Salvation Army in Brantford (Brant County) provides direct, compassionate, hands-on services and restores hope and dignity to society’s most vulnerable.
🎉68 AMAZING employees participated raising an outstanding $2,830, beating their record from last year!🎉 With the money raised, we were able to purchase 121 toys and gift cards for this worthwhile cause!! See below for just a few of the group who made this happen, we are so proud of your accomplishment!

In general, universal applications are possible with the oxy-acetylene flame. However, since the welding torch makes it possible to reach places that are particularly difficult to access, this process is preferred in pipeline and plant construction. It can be used, for example, to bend pipes, to make neckings on pipes, to straighten pipes with the flame or to make brazed joints. Other applications include construction site assembly and the field of repair welding should be mentioned.

👉James Klug👈, Customer service Manager in the interior of BC is 🎉celebrating 20 years with the company this month. James' grandfather, George Ste Marie worked for us for 40 years as well. George started as a floor sweeper/utility person in 1945. George was transferred to Thunder Bay where his daughter met her husband. They had a son, James and he has followed in his grandfather's footsteps. Thank you to both generations for your service!!
