It is our mission to help you achieve the healthy lifestyle that you deserve by offering unparalleled yoga and fitness programs. "Let us take care of your body and let your body take care of you." Hot Yoga Markham offers a variety of classes, allowing you advance deeper into your practice. You can also compliment your yoga practice with other disciplines such as our signature Cardio Pump and Hot Pilates. Our skilful instructors will guide you through each session while making it safe and enjoyable. At Hot Yoga Markham, you will find that our instructors are unique in their own way. Our instructors have diverse yoga backgrounds, styles and personality, allowing you to gain extensive knowledge for your own practice. Since our instructors have the creative freedom to design and sequence their own classes, you will soon realize that no two classes are the same! This way, you will have a more well-rounded and enjoyable practice because you will learn something from every class. We take pride in all our programs as we offer classes for anyone to enjoy, from the beginners to the advanced.

Class description:
Experience the perfect fusion of pilates and strength training in a high-intensity, low-impact format. Designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, you can expect a full-body burn set to an energizing beat. Modifications and progressions are always offered to ensure that you feel comfortable and safe while being motivated and challenged.

Introducing Hue!

She will be teaching our Saturday classes!
9 AM - Power Yoga
11:30 AM - Pump & Sculpt

Hue is a passionate yoga and mindful movement teacher known for her dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, and embodied awareness. She brings over 900 hours of formal training, including a 500-hour Yoga Therapy certification completed in India, along with additional studies in Hatha, Acro, and Kids Yoga.

Her teaching bridges both yoga and fitness, offering a wide range of classes—from Hatha, Power & Flow, and Yin to Core Challenge and Pump & Sculpt. Hue is especially skilled at guiding students in developing both strength and mobility, supporting deeper flexibility through intentional, safe, and accessible practice.

In 2024, she led successful workshops on handstands, twists, and arm balances, and looks forward to expanding her offerings with future workshops on backbending, hip opening, and flexibility training.

Hue is dedicated to helping students grow through mindful movement—cultivating strength, openness, and confidence both on and off the mat.
