Wishing our community comfort and light this Holiday Season.

For many, this time of year carries both celebration and sorrow. We stand with you, honouring your memories and supporting your journey with compassion.

In honour of the winter holidays, our offices will be closed from December 25th to January 1st, with regular hours resuming on January 2nd.

Our Evergreen doctors are continuing to serve our community in their homes, we will also still be processing donations to ensure you receive 2025 tax receipts!

As we celebrate the season, we also look forward to starting the new year with programs that support connection, wellness, and learning.
