Our team is always committed in providing the best possible care and treatment experience to our clients. 💯 We are a multidisciplinary facility, which provides many services to balance health and balance the body. The Health Care team at Apple Creek Sports Medicine Centre is comprised of several practitioners, including three Certified Athletic Therapists who are experts at treating acute musculoskeletal injuries and developing total rehabilitation of an injury while quickly returning people to work, play, and a balanced life. We also have three Physiotherapists who are are specialists in biomechanical analysis and use a holistic attitude towards treatment and prevention. We have four Registered Massage Therapists who are experienced professionals having treated many soft tissue, lymphatic, and systemic conditions. Also on staff, we have a Chiropractor and an Osteopath who enjoy working with people to treat the body as a whole. They both believe that educating patients is a vital component to maintaining health and wellness. Finally, a Certified Pedorthist fits our custom orthotics and custom medical braces and a Medical Denturist makes custom mouth-guards for sport and various health conditions. 🌟 Welcome to the team, Carson Li, RMT! 🌟

Carson joins Apple Creek with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from York University and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Centennial College. He combines evidence-based practice with a personalized approach to help clients move and feel their best. 💪

Specializing in trigger point therapy, pin and stretch techniques, and joint mobilizations, Carson focuses on relieving tension, restoring mobility, and improving overall function.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys powerlifting, badminton, and volleyball.

Physiotherapists and allied health professionals learned how this innovative modality can be seamlessly integrated into treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes and elevate clinical care.

Last week, John Sage () and Stef Carrick () had the opportunity to attend two Taping and Wrapping courses at Huron Heights Secondary School and Markham High as part of the Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) program.

The SHSM program gives students hands-on, career-focused learning experiences while working toward their Ontario Secondary School Diploma — and it was such a great experience to be part of it!

A big thank you to the schools and students for having us — we love supporting the next generation of health and sport professionals!
