The college of physiotherapists has the following statement regarding mask mandate.
"The College considers all physiotherapy practice settings to be health care settings. Physiotherapists should continue to wear surgical/procedural masks and patients should continue to wear a mask until April 27, 2022, when the remainder of the COVID requirements are expected to be lifted." So we kindly ask ALL PATIENTS and STAFF to continue wearing masks.

After the Ontario mask mandate changes on March 21, we intend to continue with our current health measures with disinfection, screening and masks to optimize the health and safety of all the patients and staff. We also strongly encourage all patients to continue to wear masks during treatment in our facility for the wellness of everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

COVID-19 Current Update:

As the distancing measures being gradually lifted in Ontario, we will continue to implement all the necessary safety and disinfection measures according to the Ministry of Health. Please note the following.

1) There is a certain unavoidable exposure risk associated with any in-person encounters in the current COVID-19 situation and therefore the authorities still recommend a Virtual Session as the first choice of treatment to help maximize the distancing.

2)For all in-person visits, a signed COVID screening/waiver/consent is mandatory. Further details will be provided when you contact us.

3)We require every patient to wear a mask covering the nose and the mouth the entire duration at the clinic. Please avoid any accompanying visitor (except the guardian of a child) to maximize distancing.

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may have caused, however it is for the safety of every patient, staff and the greater goods of our province.
