Our practice has grown to include massage therapy and acupuncture
that work jointly (pun intended) with chiropractic care.

We all have friends and family who would LOVE to be sore from working out - to be tired from training - or exhausted from a long run/ride/game. Instead, they feel all of those things due to a disease/illness or injuries. Never take your health for granted. Do everything you can to maintain and improve your health and fitness. Life is precious and often out of our control - so control what you can. Eat as well as you can afford, exercise daily, don't skimp on sleep, destress with massage, keep your nagging injuries in check with regular chiropractic care - and be THANKFUL for the health you've been given.

- but it doesn't have to be 100km and 1000m of ascent every day...

I’ve trained inside. I’ve trained outside.

The climbs in the saddle… the intervals with resistance and recovery… every single push has prepared me for days like today. 🚴‍♀️

Cyclebar gave me the foundation, and the road gave me the test. Together, they made this ride possible.

Proud of these numbers, but even more proud of the consistency that built them.

You don't have to ride to/from to celebrate birthday, but you DO need to get outside and celebrate our amazing country.
