Today on World Alzheimer's Day, we want to acknowledge our generous staff, students, and community who have always supported our efforts to fundraise for Alzheimer's research.

This is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts, and we encourage you to visit alzheimer.ca to learn about the important work the Alzheimer Society does to support individuals and families affected by dementia.

Over the years, we have organized and participated in fundraisers in support of the York Region Alzheimer Society, and we continue to donate a portion of our sales to research specifically.

Sign up for the full session at a discount, or select the dates that work for you and practise with us from the comfort of your own home.

Class Schedule:
1️⃣ Unwind After Work - Mondays at 5:15 pm with Cheryl
2️⃣ Sunrise Wake Up! - Tuesdays at 7:15 am with Cheryl
3️⃣ Deep Stretch/Restorative Pause - Wednesdays at 8:00 pm with Marg
4️⃣ Hatha Yoga - Thursdays at 9:00 am with Maureen
5️⃣ Hatha Flow - Fridays at 9:15 am with Cheryl

All classes will run for 8 weeks, except for Unwind After Work, which will run for 7 weeks (no class on Monday, October 13), and Deep Stretch/Restorative Pause, which will run for 5 weeks (starting October 15).
