NuPasta nuPasta is a low calorie, low carb pasta with no starch. nuPasta hopes to help Canadians maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Obesity has become a growing health concern for Canadians, the obesity rate has tripled within the last thirty years, as a result many individuals are searching for an easy way to lose weight. Unfortunately, fad diets, 'fat loss shortcuts' and extreme exercising regimes are often unsuccessful due to their unsustainable nature. It is a low calorie, fibre rich konjac pasta with 1/10 the calories of traditional pasta. Pasta dishes have gotten a 'bad' reputation over the past few years as people become more health conscious. People seem to think that pasta must be the first to go as they try to lose weight, but they also find that it is one of the hardest dishes to give up. We're here tell you that you don't have to! With nuPasta, you can continue to enjoy your favourite meals - simply prepare the dish with the same Pasta sauce and sides that you would normally. That's right, with nuPasta you can keep eating your favourite pasta dishes, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Often people try to make healthy substitutes, but find that they must make a compromise. They sacrifice some flavor and actually find themselves still hungry, it's no wonder people usually 'quit' their diets prematurely! The perfect hearty recipe to take you into the colder months. 🫂 Here's how you make a Short Rib Ragu ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 4 packs of nuPasta Fettuccine
· 3 lb beef short ribs, sliced
· 4 cans of diced tomatoes
· 4 onions, diced
· 15 garlic cloves, chopped
· Salt & pepper, to taste
· Parsley, to garnish

Directions:
→ In a pressure cooker, fry onions, garlic, and beef short ribs until browned.
→ Add tomatoes and seasoning, mix and cover.
→ Let cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
→ While beef is cooking, drain, rinse, and pan-fry 4 packs of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Using 2 forks, shred meat and remove bones.
→ Add ragu to nuPasta, garnish with parsley, and serve!

Butter chicken + fettuccine = the combo you never knew you needed until this moment. 🤤 Recipe below! ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 1 pack of nuPasta Fettuccine
· 1 cup chicken thighs, diced
· ½ onion, diced
· 1 tbsp butter
· 1 cup of your favourite butter chicken sauce
· Cilantro and chili, for garnish

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a pan, fry onions and chicken in butter for 5 minutes.
→ Add butter chicken sauce and stir well.
→ Let simmer for 15 minutes.
→ Combine with nuPasta, serve, and enjoy!

Comfort food cravings = answered. Save this Meatball Risoni Bake for your next cozy dinner night! ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 2-3 packs of nuPasta Risoni (depending on your baking dish size!)
· ½ cup ricotta or mascarpone

𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦:
· 1 can crushed tomatoes
· ½ small yellow onion, finely chopped
· 2 garlic cloves, minced
· Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes, to taste

𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴:
· 1 lb lean ground beef
· ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
· 1 egg
· ¼ cup heavy cream
· 2 tbsp parsley
· 1 tbsp onion, grated
· 2 garlic cloves, grated
· Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry nuPasta Risoni for 2-3 minutes to cook out excess liquid. Set aside.
→ In a bowl, combine ingredients for the meatballs and mix well, adding more Parmesan cheese if the mixture is too wet.
→ Scoop with an ice cream scooper and form into balls on a parchment-lined baking tray.
→ Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway through.
→ In a pan, begin cooking your sauce by sautéing garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients.
→ Simmer for 15-20 minutes, set ½ cup of sauce aside, then combine with Risoni.
→ In a buttered baking dish, layer sauced Risoni on the bottom, add in meatballs, then top with leftover sauce and ricotta.
→ Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
→ Garnish and enjoy!

We're all about the classics this fall. 😍🍂 That's why you've got to try this Spaghetti & Meatballs with nuPasta—the comfort meal you know & love with only half the calories ⤵️

Ingredients
· 2 packs nuPasta Spaghetti
· ½ cup diced ham
· 2 cups tomato sauce

𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴
· ½ lb ground beef
· ⅛ cup Parmesan, grated
· 1 onion, finely chopped
· 1 garlic clove, minced
· 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
· 1 egg
· Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions
→ Drain, rinse, & pan-fry nuPasta for 2–3 min. Set aside.
→ Fry ham until browned, then stir in tomato sauce.
→ Mix meatball ingredients, form golf-sized balls.
→ Sauté meatballs in olive oil until browned.
→ Add meatballs to sauce & simmer 10 min.
→ Serve over nuPasta & garnish with parsley.
