NuPasta nuPasta is a low calorie, low carb pasta with no starch. nuPasta hopes to help Canadians maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Obesity has become a growing health concern for Canadians, the obesity rate has tripled within the last thirty years, as a result many individuals are searching for an easy way to lose weight. Unfortunately, fad diets, 'fat loss shortcuts' and extreme exercising regimes are often unsuccessful due to their unsustainable nature. It is a low calorie, fibre rich konjac pasta with 1/10 the calories of traditional pasta. Pasta dishes have gotten a 'bad' reputation over the past few years as people become more health conscious. People seem to think that pasta must be the first to go as they try to lose weight, but they also find that it is one of the hardest dishes to give up. We're here tell you that you don't have to! With nuPasta, you can continue to enjoy your favourite meals - simply prepare the dish with the same Pasta sauce and sides that you would normally. That's right, with nuPasta you can keep eating your favourite pasta dishes, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Often people try to make healthy substitutes, but find that they must make a compromise. They sacrifice some flavor and actually find themselves still hungry, it's no wonder people usually 'quit' their diets prematurely! With nuPasta, you can keep your tasty dishes, and achieve the feeling of being 'full' without overeating high calorie filled meals high in sugar/ starch and fat.

This 𝘶𝘯𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 vegan stir-fry with nuPasta takes only 20 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights. 🤤

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta fettuccine
· 1/4 cup broccoli
· 1/4 package extra-firm tofu (about 80 g)
· 1/3 cup snow peas
· 1/4 cup mushrooms
· 1/4 cup baby corn
· 1/3 cup soy sauce
· 1 tsp grated ginger
· 1 tbsp minced garlic
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· salt + pepper, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain and rinse nuPasta. Pan-fry with half the soy sauce for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Slice tofu into 2-inch strips.
→ Heat olive oil in a pan on medium-high. Pan-fry tofu until golden on both sides. Set aside.
→ In the same pan, add broccoli + snow peas. Cook 2–3 minutes.
→ Add garlic, mushrooms, ginger, baby corn + remaining soy sauce. Cook 5–7 minutes.
→ Combine with nuPasta. Serve and enjoy. 💚

Your new fave keto-friendly dinner has arrived. 😍 Add this Buffalo Chicken Pasta to your weekly dinner rotation! ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta fettuccine
· 1 cup shredded chicken
· 1/3 cup cream cheese
· 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
· 1/3 cup chicken broth
· 1/2 tsp paprika
· 1/2 tsp garlic powder
· 1 tbsp blue cheese dressing (optional)
· Salt and pepper
· Chili flakes and green onions for garnish

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan fry nuPasta for 2 to 3 minutes.
→ Heat skillet on medium.
→ Whisk cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and broth.
→ Add spices and stir.
→ Add blue cheese dressing and stir.
→ Add shredded chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
→ Combine with nuPasta.
→ Garnish and enjoy!

· 1 pack nuPasta spaghetti
· 4 tbsp olive oil
· 2 tsp oregano
· 1 tsp garlic powder
· 1/4 cup minced parsley
· black pepper
· 1 sliced zucchini
· 1/2 sliced red pepper
· 1 cup sliced eggplant
· 1 cup Italian sausage

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan fry nuPasta for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Preheat grill pan to medium-high.
→ Mix olive oil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss vegetables to coat.
→ Grill in batches to avoid overcrowding.
→ Combine grilled vegetables and sausage with nuPasta.

Chicken noodle soup for 1. 🍜 Save this recipe for the next time you're craving a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup but don't want to deal with leftovers ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 1 pack of nuPasta Angel Hair
· 1 tbsp butter
· ½ cup celery, finely chopped
· ½ cup onion, finely chopped
· ½ cup carrots, finely chopped
· 1 chicken breast, finely chopped
· 6-7 cups of water
· 1 chicken bouillon cube
· Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Angel Hair for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a pot, begin by frying onions, celery, and carrots in butter for 4-5 minutes.
→ Add water and remaining ingredients.
→ Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
→ Add in nuPasta.
→ Serve and garnish with black pepper.
