The perfect hearty recipe to take you into the colder months. 🫂 Here's how you make a Short Rib Ragu ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 4 packs of nuPasta Fettuccine
· 3 lb beef short ribs, sliced
· 4 cans of diced tomatoes
· 4 onions, diced
· 15 garlic cloves, chopped
· Salt & pepper, to taste
· Parsley, to garnish
Directions:
→ In a pressure cooker, fry onions, garlic, and beef short ribs until browned.
→ Add tomatoes and seasoning, mix and cover.
→ Let cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
→ While beef is cooking, drain, rinse, and pan-fry 4 packs of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Using 2 forks, shred meat and remove bones.
→ Add ragu to nuPasta, garnish with parsley, and serve!
