NuPasta nuPasta is a low calorie, low carb pasta with no starch. nuPasta hopes to help Canadians maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Obesity has become a growing health concern for Canadians, the obesity rate has tripled within the last thirty years, as a result many individuals are searching for an easy way to lose weight. Unfortunately, fad diets, 'fat loss shortcuts' and extreme exercising regimes are often unsuccessful due to their unsustainable nature. It is a low calorie, fibre rich konjac pasta with 1/10 the calories of traditional pasta. Pasta dishes have gotten a 'bad' reputation over the past few years as people become more health conscious. People seem to think that pasta must be the first to go as they try to lose weight, but they also find that it is one of the hardest dishes to give up. We're here tell you that you don't have to! With nuPasta, you can continue to enjoy your favourite meals - simply prepare the dish with the same Pasta sauce and sides that you would normally. That's right, with nuPasta you can keep eating your favourite pasta dishes, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Often people try to make healthy substitutes, but find that they must make a compromise. They sacrifice some flavor and actually find themselves still hungry, it's no wonder people usually 'quit' their diets prematurely! Juicy shrimp, garlicky butter, and nuPasta Spaghetti = weeknight perfection. 🍤 Here's how to whip up an easy Shrimp Scampi Pasta ⤵️

Ingredients
· 1 pack nuPasta Spaghetti
· 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
· 3 tbsp butter, softened
· 1 cup chicken broth
· Juice of ½ lemon
· 1 tsp Italian seasoning
· ¼ cup Parmesan
· Chopped parsley, garnish
· Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions
→ Drain, rinse, & pan-fry nuPasta for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Season shrimp with salt & pepper.
→ Sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink, 3–4 minutes. Remove.
→ Add garlic, broth, lemon juice, & Italian seasoning. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
→ Reduce heat, cook 2 more minutes.
→ Stir in butter until melted.
→ Return shrimp to skillet & cook 2 more minutes.
→ Plate over nuPasta, top with Parmesan & parsley.

Hold onto summer flavors a little longer with this bright & refreshing Strawberry Spinach Pasta Salad☀️⤵️

Ingredients
· 1 pack nuPasta Fettuccine
· 2 cups baby spinach
· 1 cup sliced strawberries
· ¼ cup dried cranberries
· ½ cup salted cashews

𝑃𝑜𝑝𝑝𝑦 𝑆𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝐷𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔
· ½ cup olive oil
· ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
· ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
· 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
· 3 tbsp honey
· 2 tsp poppy seeds

Directions
→ Drain & rinse nuPasta Fettuccine. Set aside.
→ Shake dressing ingredients together in a jar until smooth.
→ Toss all salad ingredients with dressing & serve chilled.

· 1 pack nuPasta Spaghetti
· 1 spaghetti squash
· 3 garlic cloves, minced
· 2 tbsp fresh basil
· 2 tbsp parsley
· 1 tbsp ground pepper
· 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
· 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, & pan-fry nuPasta for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Halve squash, remove seeds & bake for 35–45 minutes.
→ Scrape squash into strands & set aside.
→ In a skillet, heat olive oil & cook garlic until golden.
→ Add squash & nuPasta, stir to combine.

· 1 pack nuPasta Fettuccine
· 1 cup diced chicken thighs
· ½ onion, diced
· 1 tbsp butter
· 1 cup butter chicken sauce
· Cilantro & chili, for garnish

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, & pan-fry nuPasta for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Sauté onion & chicken in butter for 5 minutes.
→ Stir in butter chicken sauce & simmer for 15 minutes.
→ Combine with nuPasta until fully coated.
→ Plate it up, garnish with cilantro & chili.

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta Fettuccine
· 1 head of broccoli
· 1 cup cooking cream
· Salt & pepper, to taste
· Chili flakes, for garnish

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, & pan-fry nuPasta for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Boil broccoli in salted water for 10 minutes until soft.
→ Blend broccoli, cream, salt & pepper until smooth.
