NuPasta nuPasta is a low calorie, low carb pasta with no starch. nuPasta hopes to help Canadians maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Obesity has become a growing health concern for Canadians, the obesity rate has tripled within the last thirty years, as a result many individuals are searching for an easy way to lose weight. Unfortunately, fad diets, 'fat loss shortcuts' and extreme exercising regimes are often unsuccessful due to their unsustainable nature. It is a low calorie, fibre rich konjac pasta with 1/10 the calories of traditional pasta. Pasta dishes have gotten a 'bad' reputation over the past few years as people become more health conscious. People seem to think that pasta must be the first to go as they try to lose weight, but they also find that it is one of the hardest dishes to give up. We're here tell you that you don't have to! With nuPasta, you can continue to enjoy your favourite meals - simply prepare the dish with the same Pasta sauce and sides that you would normally. That's right, with nuPasta you can keep eating your favourite pasta dishes, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Often people try to make healthy substitutes, but find that they must make a compromise. They sacrifice some flavor and actually find themselves still hungry, it's no wonder people usually 'quit' their diets prematurely! Red Thai Curry Noodle Soup, in our opinion. Here's how to make it:

4 steps · ~25m · 1 serving

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta Spaghetti
· 4 cups vegetable stock
· 1½ cups coconut milk
· 1 tbsp red Thai curry paste
· 1 chili pepper, diced
· Parsley, for garnish
· Lime, for garnish
· Chili oil, for garnish

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Spaghetti for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a pot, bring vegetable stock, coconut milk, diced chili pepper, and red Thai curry paste to a boil.
→ Lower heat and let simmer for 15–20 minutes.
→ Pour broth over the nuPasta, finish with parsley, lime, and chili oil, and enjoy ✨🍜

These creamy peanut noodles + crunchy toppings = the perfect dinner for International Peanut Butter Day. 🤤

Ingredients:
· 2 packages fettuccine nuPasta
· 1 cup edamame, frozen + shelled
· 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
· 1 red pepper, sliced
· 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, crushed
· fresh cilantro

For the sauce:
· 1/2 cup natural unsalted peanut butter
· 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten free if needed)
· 1 tbsp sesame oil
· 2 tbsp rice vinegar
· 1 tbsp brown sugar
· 1 clove garlic, minced
· 2 tbsp ginger, minced
· chili flakes (about 1/8 tsp up to 1/4 tsp if you like heat)

Directions:
→ In a wok, combine edamame, red pepper, and cabbage on high heat. Sauté until fork-tender.
→ While veggies cook, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
→ Drain fettuccine nuPasta.
→ Add pasta + sauce to the veggie mixture. Mix until heated through.
→ Portion and top with crushed peanuts, bean sprouts + cilantro.
→ Enjoy.

Here’s how to whip up this creamy, cheesy dish 🧀 ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta Angel Hair
· 1 cup mixed shredded cheese
· ⅓ cup heavy cream
· Salt & pepper, to taste
· Parsley, for garnish

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Angel Hair for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a pan, combine cheese and cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
→ Toss with nuPasta, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately. Garnish with parsley and enjoy! ✨🍝
