With nuPasta, you can continue to enjoy your favourite meals - simply prepare the dish with the same Pasta sauce and sides that you would normally. That's right, with nuPasta you can keep eating your favourite pasta dishes, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Often people try to make healthy substitutes, but find that they must make a compromise. They sacrifice some flavor and actually find themselves still hungry, it's no wonder people usually 'quit' their diets prematurely! With nuPasta, you can keep your tasty dishes, and achieve the feeling of being 'full' without overeating high calorie filled meals high in sugar/ starch and fat.
