For some reason for the longest time I was a bit skeptical about using K-tape. I finally gave it a try and I used it with a few patients suffering from heel pain. The relief was noticeable right away, so I had to try it on myself, and wow! I’m sold :-)

Just had the best time speaking at the Ontario Camps Association conference all about—yup, you guessed it—feet at camp! 👣

When you think of camp, you probably picture hiking, running around, swimming… basically being on your feet all day. So it’s no surprise that things like blisters, ingrown toenails, warts, and sore feet can sneak in and cause problems if we’re not prepared. Healthy feet = happy campers. Thanks so much to the for having me—it was such a great crowd and an important convo!
