SOL’s Mat classes blend Pilates, Yoga, Barre & Strength Training for a complete workout that transforms your posture, opens up and improves energy and mindfulness, and strengthens and tones in all the right places. SOL’s Reformer classes make use of the Reformer as well as other Pilates specialized equipment to bring you back in to alignment and balance for most effective muscle toning and use.
SOL’s Personal Training targets functional training to address injury, tension and overuse of muscles. Conditions such as low back pain, sciatica, shoulder issues, knee and hip issues and plantar fasciatis are effectively addressed and resolved with Pilates. Other conditions such as Fibromyalgia and CFS are best managed with a Pilates practice that targets posture, slow twitch fibres and approaches a workout that will energize.
Use Pilates as a complement to your other fitness modalities to ensure you are getting the most out of your body and engaging your muscles appropriately.
