My very first post!
Hope that 2025 will be the beginning of a new chapter in my social media presence.

Attended a workshop on Neural Manipulation of the Lower Extremities with the Barral Institute, instructed by Annabelle Mackenzie.
I started taking courses in 2005, and I met Mysti who had started facilitating with the Upledger Institute in 2008, so it was great to see a familiar face after being absent from these workshops almost 10 years due to the pursuit of my DOMP certification.

I hope to be able to successfully apply these new techniques for my clients to help them in their healing process 😃
