Ellen Reesor has completed a 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher as well as her 500hr Moksha Yoga teacher training. She currently teaches yoga in a greenhouse studio on Reesor's Farm just outside of Markham/Stouffville.

Join KIND Yoga and Markham Pelvic health for a 4-week series designed to support expecting and new parents with practical tools for pelvic floor health, core connection, and confident recovery — all in a nurturing, nature-based setting on Reesor’s Farm.

Happy International Women’s Day 💛

Today we celebrate the incredible community of women who make KIND Yoga what it is — our inspiring instructors, our dedicated students, and the many friendships and connections that grow in this space.

From quiet moments on the mat to shared laughter after class, this community is built on support, strength, and kindness. We’re so grateful to practice alongside such thoughtful, resilient, and empowering women.

Here’s to lifting each other up, showing up for ourselves, and creating spaces where women can move, breathe, and belong.

Late February has a way of stirring impatience.
We long for spring. For warmth. For fresh energy after a long winter.

But what if we didn’t rush it?

What if, instead of wishing winter away, we softened into it…
Noticing the quiet beauty of snow-covered fields.
Letting the stillness rest our tired bodies and busy minds.
Allowing ourselves to feel what’s here — fully.

This season offers us something, too.
✨ Time to slow down.
✨ Space to breathe.
✨ Room for hope and gentle anticipation of what’s to come.

Before the bloom, there is rest.
Before the growth, there is grounding.

So go for that snowy walk.
Say yes to a cozy night in with a good book and tea.
Notice the lengthening daylight.
Set an intention for how spring will transform you — and trust that the transformation has already begun.
