We know some of you have been waiting a while for this, and we are excited for what the future holds!

Important information for patients:
Please do not call the clinic to request placement on the roster. All new patient registrations are handled directly by Health Care Connect on behalf of the Government of Ontario. Once you are registered, you simply need to wait to be contacted if and when the doctor is ready to formally accept you as a patient.

You do not need to de-roster from your current family doctor (wherever they may be) until you receive official notice that you have been assigned a new physician.

Hello everyone!

Our COVID-19 vaccine shipments have arrived! 😊

Flu-shot shipments are scheduled to arrive the week of October 20th, as per the Ministry of Health distribution. We’ll keep you updated here once they are in stock.

If you’d like to book an appointment for your COVID-19 vaccine, please give us a call at the pharmacy. If you’ve already registered on our waitlist, don’t worry—we’ll be reaching out over the next few days to schedule your appointment.

Our current supply is Moderna LP.8.1 (the updated 2025/26 variant). Our goal is to vaccinate everyone who wants one before November 1st, so please call soon to reserve your spot. Most appointments will be available throughout October.

I’ve sat with this moment for a while now, letting it truly sink in and I still find myself at a loss for words. To be awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal is an honour I never expected, but one I hold with deep gratitude.

Thank you to MP Shelby Kramp-Neuman for this incredible recognition and for her ongoing dedication to staying closely connected with our community. To the beautiful community of Marmora who have always supported me, and reminded me daily why I love what I do. Your kindness, loyalty, and trust are the real reward.

A heartfelt thank you as well to my dear friend Sue for your touching words and for always showing up with your full heart, you made this moment even more meaningful.

This medal may carry my name, but it belongs to every person who walks through the doors of Nickles Pharmacy, every neighbour who stops to chat, and every community member who reminds me why service matters. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

As I reflect on the last two decades, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every one of you. Twenty years ago, I embarked on a journey as your local pharmacist, not fully understanding the profound impact you would have on my life. Today, I stand before you with a heart overflowing with appreciation and love.

When I first arrived in this town, leaving my family behind in the city was a difficult decision. Yet, little did I know that I was about to find a new family right here within these welcoming streets.

Over the years, you've become more than just customers; you've become my friends, my confidants, and my extended family. From sharing in your joys and triumphs to comforting you during moments of sorrow, each interaction has enriched my life in ways I could have never imagined.

As I celebrate this milestone, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Thank you for entrusting me with your health and well-being.
