Our team will ensure a smooth transition of your care to one of our other chiropractors so you continue feeling supported every step of the way.

Shovel smart:
1️⃣ Warm up (your car isn’t the only thing that needs it)
Stretch your shoulders, back and legs before you get started

2️⃣ Push, Don't Throw
Push the snow to one side and avoid throwing it. If you must throw it, avoid twisting and turning — position yourself to throw straight at the snow pile.

3️⃣ Take A Break
If you feel tired or short of breath, stop and take a break. Shake out your arms and legs to recharge.

Inspired by her own experience recovering from chronic migraines and navigating hypermobility, Dr. Jessica brings a compassionate, root-cause approach to chiropractic care.

Her addition to our team is part of our ongoing expansion as we work to bring more services, more support, and more appointment availability to Martensville — all while we move toward our new clinic building.
