When was your last cancer screening test?

Screening is for people who do not have any cancer symptoms. Even if you feel well, it is important to get screened. Screening helps find cancer early, when cancer is small and treatment works best. Cancer screening helps find cancer early, when treatment works best.

In Ontario, there are four organizes cancer screening programs – colorectal, cervical, breast, and lung. Eligible individuals can access colorectal and cervical cancer screening through the Mattawa Family Health Team. Breast and lung cancer screenings are also available to Mattawa residents, with services offered in North Bay and Sudbury.
