What do you choose—a 60- or 90-minute massage? Is there a benefit to one over the other?

There are scenarios in which a shorter massage (even 30 minutes) could be the optimal choice. For example, a short session can be great for athletes, elderly clients, or those with medical conditions that may fatigue quicker. Personal schedule or health benefits coverage may also impact a person's choice of treatment length.

Longer sessions on the other hand may allow for more targeted therapy to hone in on certain issues and allow for specialized techniques, such as myofascial cupping. It may also allow for deeper relaxation.
