Hope everyone is having an awesome June!!! I have been keeping busy with the family, doing a lot of school events, golfing and even took up sourdough making. I figured it’s been a while since I posted so, I wanted to let you know that I have now opened up my summer schedule for massage (July,Aug). I have also incorporated two emergency appts per week (Mon,Thurs or Fridays), emergency appts will be by text and on a patient basis of what the symptoms are.

Also I direct bill! Incase you didn’t know. 😊

Important notice for Raelynn’s clients ✉️

Just letting you know that my schedule is posted till June , summer schedule will be out mid June. Booking online is open!!!!

I am still currently healing from surgery and won’t be back until April 7th, thank you for being so patient with me.

If you’re a regular please book in advance, my schedule has changed not only by what days I normally massage on but times as well as type of massage I will be offering.
I also direct bill to most insurances!!!

*If your an evening client you will need to book in for what I have available, if you don’t see anything else available you can always text me that week to see if I could fit you in.(Sometimes I make exceptions for regular clients)

I have also changed the massage types :
I now separated therapeutic and relaxation
These will have different pricing and times.
This will be more effective for the client for results.

I have also removed hot stone from my online booking and these will need to be on approval ( send me a message to book.

Pricing for hot stone:

60 minutes-$152.00
80 minutes-$172.00

Can massage therapy help with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS)? Yes!

Massage therapy is an effective way to help relieve CTS-related symptoms and can be used as a preventative measure.

Massage therapy can help treat CTS by reducing inflammation, pain, and numbness in the carpal tunnel. This happens by lengthening the muscles and fascia in the neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, and hand.

Deep tissue massage can be used to stimulate trigger points and reduce the tension in the soft tissues of the shoulder, arm, hand and wrist. It can also help increase joint mobility in those areas.
