As a new year is finally here. I am looking forward to letting new and old clients know of all the therapies I am currently practicing and have completed courses for. My online booking is finally open and ready for you to book in your therapies.

If you seen me before the break and are unsure of what to book in and how frequent feel free to send me a message and I can address what is needed. I have no extra after hr times or weekends anymore as this is my set schedule for this time of year due to kids schedules etc.

Geraldine is also with me and she has 1 hr massages at $65.00 and you can book with her online she has evening and weekend appointments for relaxation/ therapeutic massage.

Thanking you from afar…

This year has been such a blessing for me and my practice. I have gained new knowledge with courses that I have taken this year. Which have allowed me to grow into more of a therapeutic therapist for my clients. I appreciate you all for trusting me with your care and allowing me to do my thing. I look forward to what 2026 has to come but have to take a moment and appreciate you all from 2025 and before….

Hoping to see you in the new year! There are new changes to come as me and Bobbi will be going our own way… she has been such an amazing mentor and friend over the past 6 years. I appreciate everything she has done for me. But I will be moving over to the sunlife financial building so I can have a full time space and save my body from overbooking.

I will also still have geraldine with me as a student for a few more months before she becomes a RMT herself.

All 2026 appts will be located at the sunlife building. Across the street.

Another course in books which means another certificate to hang on my wall!

I am now certified in applying ktape, through the Ortho Canada k-taping Pro course.

Basic functions and effects of k-taping are:
1) improvement of muscle function
2) Elimination of circulatory restrictions
3) pain reduction
4) supports joint functions

There are 4 techniques I am qualified in;
1) muscle technique
2) ligament technique
3) mechanical correction technique
4) lymphatic correction technique

I am hoping to use these in sports massage with the broncos as well as kids in sport, for any clients who may need lymphatic drainage techniques with a little bit extra at home support for continual drainage. As well as supporting muscles and bones after getting a treatment.
