Had a fun day training with Hwy55N SAR and PANSAR on Friday. What a great bunch of volunteers who give a lot of their time to training and being ready to search for someone who is lost. They are all updated on their first aid/CPR skills again.

Had a great time facilitating a Psychological First Aid course in North Battleford this last weekend. Our group of participants were so engaged and happy to be there. So thankful for those who are willing to step up and learn to care for themselves and others in healthy ways.

I am excited to announce that Dione has joined our team as a first aid/CPR/AED instructor. She has lots of real life experience and is just the kindest person ever.

Red Cross now has an online First Aid for Dogs and Cats course.
If your are interested in taking it, contact me and I can register you. You can then do the course at your own pace online.
The course will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
Cost $30

I am excited to share that I now offer the Red Cross Psychological First Aid course.

This course teaches you how to build up resiliency to stress and how to establish coping strategies for stress and trauma.

If you are interested, get a group of friends/ coworkers together and let me know. I would be happy to facilitate your learning.
