It takes a lot of strength and courage to not go beyond your boundaries. It takes a lot to stick to what you value in life and to find that piece of authenticity that may seem foreign at first, but then is recognizable. It's very easy to move back to who you were - even if you didn't like that version of you, because it was easy there, and it was safe. If I can encourage you at all....keep seeking the real you. It will be worth it without compromise for those around you. It's your life now isn't it?

Energy healing is so fascinating to me. There is no session exactly the same as the last. Sometimes I'm not even sure what is happening with the client....actually most times, until we speak and discuss our findings. It takes a lot to balance us in this crazy world. If you would like to try something completely different than what you've been doing - seek out an energy healer. Feel it for yourself!

This is week 2 of our Money and Energy class at Wholelife Wellness. We explored our story around money, now we break it down and then we change it.

I woke up this morning in a daze wondering why something wasn't working in my life and realized that a new story is being created, the limbo is part of it. It's being broken down. The way that use to work no longer does. (That was a BIG message from my own energy therapist just last week!)

This may be you too and so I felt the need to share. What is it in your world that needs to be 'de-programmed?' This may be the way to a new way of living, a new earth. So what do you really want? Spend a moment figuring that out as complaining what you don't want will not get you there.

Over the years I have developed a few mind tricks for myself. Here’s one that may help you if you’re struggling right now.

Have you ever been driving and sat at a busy intersection and tried to turn left. There’s so much traffic that it seems nearly impossible. How on earth are you going to do this? It’s moving so fast and you just sit there pretty much invisible to the other traffic. There’s even another car behind you putting extra pressure on this impossible turn.

Just remember that no one has sat overnight at that intersection unable to move. (Yep, that’s my mind hack).

If life seems impossible right now and there is pressure being felt and you feel invisible, just know that it won’t last. There will be an opening or….someone will let you in, someone will help. You won’t be left in this stress mess forever.
