I was seriously hanging out in my swimsuit just two days ago and this morning, when everyone is racing to get their kids up and out the door for their first day of school, I heard the furnace go off. Whaaaaaat!!!! It's like mother nature stood her ground and said 'summer is OVER!!!'

This quick transition made me think about change and how we handle it. Some of us are oblivious to it or don't admit it affects us. Others, slowly embrace and go with it. Some even love change as the same thing gets too boring. I think I'm in the middle there somewhere.

Wherever you are, may your change be easy and with a sense of flow that doesn't overwhelm. Happy September everyone.

This past week I had the privilege of stepping foot into Blue Sky Clothing in North Vancouver. In this store they sell cotton, bamboo and linen. I’ve started to pay a little more attention to the fabrics I buy. I am mostly about comfort and breathable material but this frequency chart fascinates me.

When you know your values and then you make your decisions around them, life becomes super fun and even easier. When you decide to do things and commit to things that you don't value, you will cancel or be miserable and not really know why. Values are easy to learn. One of my biggest pet peeves in life is signing up for a zoom, and they are 40 minutes into it and they have not said anything useful at all. It's all bla bla bla! Get to the teaching and point!!! Rant over

It’s looking pretty promising that I will be hosting 8 lovely souls on an Ancient Sites Spiritual tour to Ireland in 2026, possibly September. If this piques your interest just leave me a message and I’ll give you all the finer details when they become available to me.

Quite a few years ago I worked with a lady, Dee O’Connor who is a spiritual tour guide along with her partner Carl. They will be the real hosts of this adventure. Today I zoomed with Dee and we talked about the ancient land, the respect for it, all the stone circles and church ruins and even the fairies! There is so much to learn from this land and many of us have ancestors from there.

Let this message just percolate within as when you know it’s for you, the call will be so strong you can only say YES

How it all began...

MY MISSION: I teach people who may be stuck or wandering aimlessly through life, who feel uninspired and unsupported, to find joy and re-connection to their own spirit, so they can live with more clarity and ability to reach their highest potential!

I started my Massage Therapy career in 1998. Since then, the bodies that I have had the honor to work on have been telling me their story of how the dis-ease has started. It is not always a physical reason why people experience pain and suffering. Many times it has to do with emotional and spiritual issues of what has happened to them or their upbringing. A lot of the time it can me withheld emotions that we were either too young or did not know how to process. After years of study, classes, workshops, books and mentors, I have finally decided to explore this next chapter of my own life to further help others. I am a Certified Medical Intuitive whom graduated from International College of Medical Intuition in Vancouver Canada in 2016. I am currently taking new clients for this service and you do not need to be in the same room as me to receive Medical Intuition. I also see clients in person with Massage Therapy in my studio in Wholelife Wellness in Meadow Lake Saskatchewan Canada. Get in touch if I can serve you in these ways.
