Now you have a cocktail worth digesting. Taking new clients for 2026.💫 I started my Massage Therapy career in 1998. Since then, the bodies that I have had the honour to work on have been telling me their story of how the dis-ease has started. It is not always a physical reason why people experience pain and suffering. Many times it has to do with emotional and spiritual issues of what has happened to them or their upbringing. There is nothing greater in life than helping someone find the source of their suffering! This is what I seek to do in all my training and experience. The modalities I use include the following:

This is not a typical retreat—it’s a soul-led journey through the ancient lands of Ireland. From August 23–29, 2026, we gather in Limerick and step into a week of remembering, listening, and reconnecting. With local guides Dee and Carl, we’ll be welcomed into ancient sites and stone ruins on private land—places most travelers will never see. Did you ge sick over the holidays? Maybe you still are today? I use to too nearly every Christmas! That hustle just doesn’t work well for a body. Then we pile on the obligatory commitments and the sugar infested food and you have the perfect storm to be sick and run down.

I wonder what we can change in our world to not experience that? You know what to do - will you actually do it?

The programming we have experienced to hustle all the time without experiencing and enjoying life is a HUGE hurdle to overcome. I’m still working on it….as I sit here with a cat on my lap, watching the sky get lighter with my journal by my side and my coffee in hand. This is my new morning hustle.

Just thinking about Christmas these past few days as I observe myself and others, and how we all react. I have concluded that how you react to the Christmas season is really a reflection of what is going on all the time. The season just brings it out front and center.

Loneliness, depression, anxiety, chaos, calm, grief, contentment, anger, happiness…these were the emotions I saw this week. They are there all the time, just harder to hide right now.

What would you like to experience? Maybe 2026 is the year to explore what you really desire. It’s not just for ‘privileged’ others, it’s for everyone.
Your happiness, joy, peace and contentment does not rely on anyone, it only relies on you.

How it all began...

MY MISSION: I teach people who may be stuck or wandering aimlessly through life, who feel uninspired and unsupported, to find joy and re-connection to their own spirit, so they can live with more clarity and ability to reach their highest potential!

I started my Massage Therapy career in 1998. Since then, the bodies that I have had the honor to work on have been telling me their story of how the dis-ease has started. It is not always a physical reason why people experience pain and suffering. Many times it has to do with emotional and spiritual issues of what has happened to them or their upbringing. A lot of the time it can me withheld emotions that we were either too young or did not know how to process. After years of study, classes, workshops, books and mentors, I have finally decided to explore this next chapter of my own life to further help others. I am a Certified Medical Intuitive whom graduated from International College of Medical Intuition in Vancouver Canada in 2016. I am currently taking new clients for this service and you do not need to be in the same room as me to receive Medical Intuition. I also see clients in person with Massage Therapy in my studio in Wholelife Wellness in Meadow Lake Saskatchewan Canada. Get in touch if I can serve you in these ways.
