It’s been a special thing to watch Mia grow into her role at the clinic.

Many of you have met her: the calm, kind presence who welcomes you in and helps you feel at ease; the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes… the one who keeps everything on track.

Almost one year ago she stepped into a role she had never done before, and her growth has been incredible to watch. She’s the warm voice on the phone, the welcoming face at the front desk, and a steady support behind the scenes.

Our patients feel her kindness every day. And so do I.
It’s just the two of us here at The Ear Clinic, a small but mighty team, and we simply wouldn’t be who we are without her. 💛
