A huge Thank you to Georgian Heart Designs for fixing my fitting failure! Georgian Heart Designs has made a wonderful grade 8 grad sweater that fits just right! They are Wonderful to work with, have overly reasonable prices and local here in Meaford! Please think about them for all your printing needs! Hopefully the Georgian Bay Community School will think to use Georgian Heart Designs next year for their graduation sweaters!!

Sykes Street Health Centre Welcomes a new practitioner!

Sarah has set up her office and is ready to take on new patients.

Freeborn Therapy

Sarah Freeborn provides professional counselling support, in-person and online, to adults, adolescents and pre-teens who are struggling with emotional, situational or relationship issues. Using various evidenced-based therapies, Sarah works with clients to create an individualized treatment approach that will focus on skill development, insight and direction for meaningful change.

Sarah is a Registered Social Worker and Child Life Specialist. She is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and has been formally trained in ACT, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.

She has extensive experience working with young people; particularly those impacted by attachment issues, trauma, grief, loss, anxiety and depression.
