🌸🙌 Hello April! As we welcome a new Season and a new month, our studio welcomes fresh, new offerings after a long Winter!

April 2 marks our first Full Moon Gathering - the Full Pink Moon 🌕 7pm-8:30pm.

🚀✨️ New launch: The Unbound Feminine Ladies Group! Tuesdays we "Manifest that S**t". 10-11am. Thursdays we alternate between "Sing that S**t" and "Move that S**t". 6:30pm-7:30pm.

🙌🎶 We begin January 12! The Unbound Voice is a musical program where we witness our emotions through songs we each resonate with, giving emotions permission and space to rise - to be seen and heard.

✨️🔥 When we turn the volume up, we can begin to release patterns, limited beliefs and old narratives that do not serve us, but rather keep us stuck and keep us small.

🥰🫶 This is a supportive group class, we meet each week. Options to sing as a group, sing solo, or listen. Guided journaling with focus on song lyrics.
