🙌🎶 We begin January 12! The Unbound Voice is a musical program where we witness our emotions through songs we each resonate with, giving emotions permission and space to rise - to be seen and heard.

✨️🔥 When we turn the volume up, we can begin to release patterns, limited beliefs and old narratives that do not serve us, but rather keep us stuck and keep us small.

🥰🫶 This is a supportive group class, we meet each week. Options to sing as a group, sing solo, or listen. Guided journaling with focus on song lyrics.

Singing is one way I choose to gently sit with my feelings. Through music, I bear witness to what I’m experiencing—allowing myself to fully be present with emotions as they arise. This space of permission and presence makes it easier to process, reflect with curiosity, and release what no longer serves me. Feeling sad, angry, hurt, or tender is not only okay—it’s essential. When emotions are avoided, they don’t disappear; they linger in the body, waiting to be acknowledged.

We invite you to come sing with us, beginning January 2026. We gather once per month to honor our emotions, bear witness to one another’s experiences, and offer mutual support—all while sharing moments of joy and connection.

The Unbound Feminine is a supportive community for women who feel called to deepen their self-awareness, honor their inner emotional world, and gently break free from the limiting beliefs that have been holding them back.
