We are looking to create a nursery on our Memory Care Cottage and looking for some help. Below are a few items that we are in search of to help make our vision possible. If you have a donation item that isn’t listed on here please send us a message to see if we could use it.

Items include:
-Change table
-Book shelf
-Small dresser
-Stuffed animals
-Blankets
-Baby bottles
-Diapers
-Lamp
-Pacifiers
-Clothes
-Wall decor
-Organzing baskets

What a fun week full of many blessings 🎁

All of the residents were delivered Christmas Gifts on Friday by volunteers, Santa and staff members. There were so many smiles and a few happy tears.

We want to thank everyone who graciously donated items to the Angel Tree as well as Santa for Seniors for their gifts. This day wouldn’t have been possible without each of you, so thank you!

Exciting news 🎉

We would like to take a moment to welcome Tammy to her new role as General Manager at the Medicine Hat Care Community.

Tammy has been working in health care for over 20 years in various administrative and supportive roles. Nursing has been Tammy’s passion for the last 10 years, working in Emergency Departments and on Internal Medicine units, as well as on travel
contracts to remote areas in Nunavut, and the Alberta Oil Sands. Tammy has also worked in Senior's Health in a Home Care capacity. Currently Tammy is working on a Bachelor of
Management degree to complement her nursing experience.

Outside of work, Tammy is a rodeo athlete training toward professional standings. Tammy own’s several horses and a farm, south of Medicine Hat. Tammy loves spending time with her five grandchildren, taking them to compete at local barrel races.

There are tags that you can take with a list of general items on them, please do not feel obligated to purchase every item on the tag. We are thankful for any item on the list. If you are able to donate please return gift donations to our Recreation Therapist, Amy by December 9th.

What an amazing day! I heard there was a book sale on today at Medicine Hat Public Library so I thought I’d check it out and buy a few books for our book shelves.
