We also want to remind you that if you need to cancel, to cancel your appointment as soon as you know you won’t make it. This will allow the spot to go to someone else who may need it and for you to avoid a last-minute cancellation fee.

Changes are coming in 2026 ✨

We are letting go of the Bloom Room and transitioning to another space for our classes. We are not certain what this looks like yet, but wanted to let our clients know there may be a change. All our class and group participants will be notified if there is a location change.

Until the new year we are offering some great classes!! Be sure to sign up. 👍🏻

A reminder that we have Thursday yoga classes! A positive way to move your body and reduce stress. We hope our teachers and school staff will also join us for Thursday yoga.

All clients of Psynergy Centre who work in education are welcome to attend our yoga classes free of charge thru end of education strike. This includes teachers, EAs, Admin, support staff etc.
