Appreciation post for Kathleen!

Kathleen keeps Psynergy Centre running behind the scenes and we would not be functioning without her. She continues to keep us organized, on task and assists us with anything that comes up. Kathleen continues to put her best foot forward for our clients and we are so thankful she continues to share her magic with us.

Kathleen is our very own 🦄!

What is ART? đź“’

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a brief, evidence-based approach that helps people process and reduce distress related to trauma, anxiety, grief, and other emotional challenges.

Using guided eye movements while briefly recalling difficult experiences, ART helps the brain reprocess memories so they feel less emotionally intense. This process aids in th healing processe.

Psynergy Centre is lucky enough to have Michelle certified ART therapist in our space!

🌿 Somatic Exploration & Grounding Session Available April 13th at 1pm with Jaime from Able Therapy.

She is offering a Somatic Exploration & Grounding Session—a 2-hour, body-centered experience to slow down, reconnect, and support your nervous system through breath, guided awareness, and therapeutic table work.

This is a space to gently explore what your body has been holding, ask questions, and experience somatic support—without pressure or commitment to ongoing sessions.

Applications are open for the First Responder Resiliency Project 2026 trips! Check it out and get your application is right away.

Okay folks, here’s the truth. I hate social media. I suck at social media. I think it’s performative and that it’s largely designed to make people feel bad about themselves… which is not my jam. However, as the founder of a small non profit, it’s really hard to get the word out about what we’re doing without it.

So let’s talk about what I am good at. I am good at connecting with people in real life. I love having the opportunity to show people with they’re capable of. To take them outdoors, and prove to them that they are able to do harder things than they’ve ever imagined. That they are stronger, and more resilient, than they knew. That they are not alone.

So with my strengths and weaknesses being put out there, I’m happy to announce that our 2026 trip dates are up, and the application is out. Please help me suck less as social media by sharing our post and sharing FRRP with your friends and networks, so I can do what I’m good at and see you on the trails.
