Relaxation or therapeutic
60 minute massage is $85 plus GST
90 minute massage is $130 plus GST

New clients please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out your paperwork! If running late please text or call to let me know, 15 minutes into an appointment without any communication will be considered a no show and fees assessed.

Cancellations:

My cancellation policy remains 24 hours notice to cancel. I accept messages by Text, phone, voicemail, email, social media and messages to my booking page to cancel an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice to cancel results in a charge cost of the full appointment.

Persistent canceling clients will require a credit card on file prior to booking any treatment.

No Show:

A no show is when you do NOT show up for your appointment without contacting me. I will call you 5-10 minutes after your start time to confirm. If call is unanswered I will leave a voicemail. And If I do NOT hear back from you 15 minutes after the start of your appointment it is an automatic no show with fees of the full appointment being charged to the client.

Persistent no show clients will require a credit card to be on file prior to booking a treatment.

Owing fees:

Clients are not able to be rebook until their owing fees are paid. I am able to take cash, debit, etransfer or credit card for the owing fees. If your credit card is on file the fees will be charged to the credit card if I do not hear back from you within 24hrs of missed appointment/call with voicemail left.

Please make sure your aware of these policy’s, when I make a booking for you I’m holding an appointment time for you and only you. I don’t rebook other people in the time I’m holding for you. When you don’t show or late cancel, it doesn’t allow the time slot to be filled. I respect you have a lot going on and your time is valuable, I appreciate the same respect for me and my services.

If you no show for an appointment, you will need to pay for the missed appointment before a new appointment can be made. You will also need to have a credit card guarantee for the next booking as well.

Late cancels- under 24 hrs notice, will also be charged the full cost of the appointment booked. These fees need to be paid before new appointments are made and the new appointment will also need to have credit card guarantee.
