Just a notice that I will be taking some holidays at the end of January!

I am super excited to announce that I will be adding to my current skills by taking an Advanced TMJ course on January 25/26th.

After that, I’ll be jumping on a plane and heading to Cancún for a week of much needed time in the sun! ☀️🏖️

Of course, I understand that sometimes things come up, and therefore, missed appointment charges will be at my discretion, however I do ask that you be respectful and of my time and schedule just as I am respectful of maintaining your appointment times😁

🚨ATTN: CHANGING BUSINESS HOURS🚨

I am excited to announce that starting in September, I have taken on a position as an instructor at . I will be teaching Thursday mornings as well as proctoring on Tuesday evenings.

With that said, I have had to make some slight adjustments to my schedule. Please be aware of these changes that will come into effect on September 1, 2024.

Dear Valued Clients,

Due to an extremely full schedule, I’ve made the decision to not accept any new clients at this time. September - December is the busiest time of the year for massage therapists and I want to make sure I can provide the best care possible to my current clients.

With this said, once 2025 rolls around, I will be reassessing and reopening my books to new clients if I am able to so stay tuned! I will also start a list of people to contact once I am accepting new clients again. Feel free to message me if you would like to be added to that list.

Not only do I get to work with amazing clients in the clinic, but I also get to work with athletes on their field of play.

My background in kinesiology helps me have a better understanding of athletic injuries, sport psychology and physiology. I have a great understanding of key differences in each sport which allows me to tailor my massage treatments to each athlete individually.

🚨ATTENTION CLIENTS🚨

Beginning next week, the construction to replace the water main on 3rd St SE is going to be underway. This means all vehicle access to 3rd street is going to be blocked off, including parking.
Please take this into account when planning how much time you need before your appointments. It will likely be more difficult to find parking, and you may have to walk a couple of blocks to get to the clinic.
We are anticipating this will be a lengthy process and likely last the majority of the summer. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during construction season.
