🚧 Making way for a brand-new entryway 🚧

As most of you already know, Our exterior (and upstairs interior) are under construction, so the first impression may look a little “under construction chic” right now 😅. But don’t worry — once you step inside, the massage space is calm, clean, and completely free from dust and tools and noise 💆‍♀️🌿

Thank you so much for your patience as we work on these exciting upgrades. I can’t wait to welcome you through our beautiful new entry soon! 💛

Life update & schedule changes 💙
As many of you know, my little guy will soon be starting at a bigger daycare. While it’s an exciting step, it also means we’re likely heading into the “new germs” stage — and I want to plan ahead so I’m not constantly having to cancel on you.
Starting soon, I’ll be slightly reducing my regular work schedule to:
✨ Allow more flexibility for rescheduling if I need to be home with him
✨ Keep your appointments reliable and avoid last-minute changes
✨ Ensure I can balance my role as both a mom and your RMT
If he’s healthy and able to attend daycare that week, I’ll be opening extra last-minute spots for booking — so keep an eye out for those!
Thank you so much for your understanding and support as I navigate this new chapter. You all mean the world to me and my family. 💕

Well I did a thing...

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or heavier chested, this table may be a more comfortable option for you while receiving a massage.

While comfortable for you, it is also more comfortable for me as sidelying massage tends to be more phyaically demading.

Shoot me a text before your next appointment if you'd like to try this massage table if you think it may be more comfortable.

One year ago today, I got my first client.

I had just moved here, finished my maternity leave and started my business from our new home.

I was nervous, not having worked for a year, in a new city, not knowing many and feeling self-conscious.

Now a year later, I am able to book out a couple months, being requested on days off, feeling most confident in my techniques, and offering facial massage.

I still have so much to learn, and offer and I am so excited to see what another year brings for me and my clients.

Thank you to those who have supported me, shared my name, left reviews, and trusted me in their wellness this past year.

It's been a year since we bought our home and moved to Medicine Hat and opened Massage by Aly.
I've been wanting to paint this room since they day we moved in. I hated that black chalk wall and all the patched holes (which I tried my best to hide)
Today I decided to paint it. I may not have done the best job, but I did the best I could while still parenting.

Also, I'm super stoked with these LED lights under the massage table 😍

Now, I'm just waiting for new windows and new blinds/curtains!

You'll also be happy to know that I finally put a hook in the room for your jackets to be hung! 😊
