We’re proud to announce that Clair Flores is our new Site Leader & Director of Care at River Ridge Seniors Village! 🌳

Clair has been a valued member of the Park Place family since 2009, beginning her journey at Newport Harbour Seniors Community Most recently, she served as Nurse Manager here at River Ridge. In this new chapter, Clair will now oversee both clinical and operational leadership—bringing her deep experience and thoughtful approach to every aspect of our community.

We’re excited for the steady guidance and fresh energy she brings—please join us in congratulating Clair on her well-deserved promotion!

We’re pleased to welcome Brooks Sadden as our Independent Living Manager here at River Ridge Seniors Village! 🌳

Brooks has been part of the Park Place family for several years—starting out over six years ago at our sister community, The Wellington, and most recently supporting the corporate marketing and communications team. Now, he’ll be focusing on Independent Living operations to help create a warm, engaging, and elevated experience for all.

We’re excited about the fresh energy and ideas he’s bringing to the team—help us give Brooks a warm River Ridge welcome!
