I read a LOT but I don’t often advocate or endorse books; however, I have to make an exception here.

“The Anxious Generation” by Johnathan Haidt is a necessary read for anyone with children or teens in their life! Please read!

Even if you don’t agree with everything in the book, I think we can all agree that social media, smart phones, and the internet are changing our children and not always in good ways.
We need to advocate for our kids! We need to be aware!
