Over the past 2 months of telling clients to pre-book their next appts as I'd be away on my Vegas trip ... many clients got excited thinking I may get a vegas proposal.

Do you know when to show up for your Massage??? ⏳️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️⌛️

Massage appointment times are perhaps the most confusing of "when to arrive", as many clientele see their appointment time as the time to show up in the clinic, when that's actually NOT the case!!
Arriving to your massage appointment should take place approximately 5 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time so your RMT may START your massage at the correct time!
This ensures you, the client, are getting your full appointment, as your RMT does not want to shorten anyone's relaxing time on the table, but also needs to make sure they aren't late for their next scheduled appointment.

Have you had the fun privilege of getting my fingertips deep into your stomach/hip flexor area over the past month?
I promise I'm not doing it to feel your organs!!
As a health practicioner, I'm always learning new techniques, new ways to treat, and new ways to target chronic pain!
Since my schooling, I remember being taught about the PSOAS muscle, but truly did not recognize how important this muscle was until I had another practicioner work on mine to help alleviate my own chronic pain. I was mind blown that I neglected this muscle on myself and clients for so long!! I can't say how happy I was at the results of releasing tightness in such a simple muscle.
