Before we moved to Medicine Hat we owned a local food store and one of my most favorite items was the Switchel that was made by one of my producers. It was so refreshing and so good for your gut health.

I started making my own about 3 weeks ago and not only have I noticed a significant difference in my gut health but my skin has been amazing, less inflammation and stiff joints and it has replaced my zevia craving.

I have contemplated making the drink for clients because it is so good for you and absolutley delicious! What are your thoughts?

Fact for the day…did you know they are called essential oils because they are essential for the plant? Aromatic plants have volatile (evaporate easily into the air) oils that protect the plant from pathogens.
