Try these gym essentials to get ski-strong:
⛷️Wall Sit + Alternating Leg Kick — Keep back flat against the wall and hips neutral.
🎿TRX Row — Focus on neutral spine and squeezing shoulder blades together, shoulders tucked back and down.
⛷️Lateral Lunge — Chest stays proud as you send your hips back.
🎿Landmine Curtsy Lunge — Hips stay pointed forward, do not let knee cave in.
⛷️Plate Wood Chop — Control the weight on the way up and down. Movement originates from the core.
