My name is Chrissy. I was born in Medicine Hat, I spent most of my childhood moving before returning at 13. That shaped my appreciation for stability and care. Something I now bring into my work as a massage therapist.
My goal as a massage therapist is to be dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal movement and function through individualized treatment planning. Incorporate therapeutic stretching along side hands on techniques to address muscle imbalances, increase range of motion and enhance recovery.
I am very passionate about continuous growth and clinical excellence. Outside the clinic, I stay active through pickleball and yoga and I strongly value the balance of family life.
