Lasagna on the GMG Prime 2.0 🔥 This looks too good!

Recipe by ⁠
Ingredients⁠
1 pound hot Italian sausage⁠
1 pound lean ground beef⁠
2 cloves garlic, crushed⁠
1.5 (24 oz) jars of Marinara⁠
16 oz Ricotta Cheese⁠
1 Egg⁠
2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley⁠
12 lasagna noodles⁠
2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese⁠
1 Cup grated Parmesan cheese⁠
meatchurch Garlic and Herb⁠
⁠
1. Sauté meat until nearly browned and add garlic and cook until softened.⁠
2. Add marinara sauce to meat mixture, season with Meat Church Garlic and Herb, bring to simmer and set aside.⁠
3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain noodles, and rinse with cold water.⁠
4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with egg, parsley, and season with Garlic and Herb Seasoning.⁠
5. Add sauce to the bottom of a lasagna pan, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and then mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.⁠
6. Repeat these layers three times.⁠
7. Add to a 375° grill for about 45 minutes. You may need to cover with foil to reduce browning of the top.⁠
8. Let rest of 15-20 minutes and serve.⁠

Dry Aged Brisket on the GMG Prime 2.0! You’ve got to try this one!⁠
Recipe from below ⬇️⁠

Instructions:⁠
1. Trim brisket
2. Season with s&p and your favorite beef rub⁠
3. Insert your thermometer and set alarm to 175 internal to alert us when to foil boat our brisket⁠
4. I used my smoker and set to 180 for 9 hours⁠
5. Once our brisket hit 175 I foil boated our brisket and set another alarm, this time for 203 internal when the brisket was done. Turning my smoker up to 275.⁠
6. Slice brisket and enjoy!⁠

Frame

Insulation
