Celebrating 30 Years of Black History Month in Canada.

Although Black history should be recognized year-round as our shared history, Black History Month is a dedicated time for all Canadians to reflect and educate themselves on the achievements of the Black community, as well as the history of systemic oppression that continues today. It is a time to learn about and uplift Black changemakers, innovators, and leaders who continue to break barriers and drive progress. Together we can build a more equitable society that leaves no one behind.

🎉 Carnival on Campus! 🎉
Our first campus carnival was a huge success. Thank you to all the students who participated and helped make this event amazing.
We had fun games: 🎯 darts, 🏀 basketball, 🏈 football, and 🎪 carnival challenges.
And of course, the food was a hit: 🍎🍭 candy apples, 🍩 donuts, 🌭 corn dogs, 🥤 sodas.
Students earned 🎟️ tickets by playing games and exchanged them for their favorite carnival treats.
What an incredible day !
