I am an RN by education and began teaching first aid, CPR, BLS and ACLS back in 1990 for Palliser Health. In 2005 I started a small first aid training company and in 2012 I sold my share in that business and opened L.Finstad First Aid Training. I am a proud Training Provider for The Canadian Red Cross, and the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
