Hey guys! It's official: I am back to full-time hours. :) it's been the most rewarding experience in the world becoming a mom, and the time spent with my son has been out of this world. I may be biased, but I think he's just the cutest! 🥰

December is a busy month around the clinic so many appts have been filled. I do have some openings remaining for the 27-29 but those are going fast. My schedule is now available online and through the Mindbody app. We also carry gift certificates for those in your life in need of some relief (or torture), so come on in or call the office @ 4035045435 to get those last minute gifts in before Christmas!

I had been meaning to make a post as soon as our little man arrived but got caught up in the whirlwind of being a new mommy!

I am currently away on maternity leave for the month of August and partial September, and am not currently taking on any new clients for when I return to work as it will be very part-time. Life with a newborn is amazing and insane at the same time, so appointment when I return will be very limited. I will hopefully be back to relatively full-time hours as of November but that will all depend on how things go.

Thank you to all my clients, friends, and family for all their kind words and well wishes. It means the world to have your support as I bond with my new little family. ❤️

Well hello again! 🌺 It’s been quite a few months since I have had a chance to update my page.

Life has been so surreal; I finished up 2017 spending time with my loved ones and had a wonderful Christmas and holidays. I did a few courses, and have expanded my practice to include a few new modalities, like pre-and-postnatal massage and K-taping! Both of which I enjoyed taking and have enjoyed implementing in my practice.

My partner and I even found out the most wonderful news: we are expecting our beautiful baby in July!! 😍 This is an amazing and completely new experience for me, and has taken some getting used to but I am now 25 weeks and feeling GREAT.

As the days draw closer to my due date, appointments may become a bit harder to come by depending on my health and the health of our growing babe but my goal is to work right up to my due date and accomodate as many of my awesome clients as I can. Depending in the birth, I will also be hopefully taking some evenings and weekends shortly after. 🙂

Thank you to every last one of my followers, family, clients and friends whom have supported me and built me up into the person (and business) that I am today. I could not be happier. ☺️❤️

I am also now certified in pre and post-natal massage! I took a wonderful course this past weekend and absolutely LOVE the techniques.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful December! Anyone else hoping to see a little snow for Christmas? 🎄

The holidays can be a stressful season; make sure you all take some time for yourselves over the holidays! Drink plenty of water, get lots of rest, and enjoy spending time with your loved ones in between all of that last-minute Christmas shopping (and food!).

Most of my December appointments are already filled until the new year! Wow!! I do, however, have two spots available:

I cannot believe summer is almost over!! Time sure flies when you keep busy; lots of travelling for me and my family, we just got back from visiting family in Kenora, Ontario and I must say, the weather has been absolutely beautiful! This heat could stick around forever in my opinion 😜

I am going to be posting the giveaway results tonight, a little overdue but fortunately I came home to a slammed schedule. Always love coming back from holidays and seeing all of favorite clients, you guys sure rock. ❤️

Just an FYI, I will be away from sept 6-13 as I will be in VEGAS and am booked up until I get back. :) I will post my availability for after that time later on today. Cheers!! ✌🏻

Wow, it's been quite awhile since I have been able to post on my page! It's been a pleasant summer so far for me and my family, as well as for the business. I cannot believe how busy I am, and it's all thanks to YOU, my wonderful clients. I truly am blessed to have the opportunity to meet such amazing individuals as well as families. It brings me joy day in and day out being able to provide people with pain relief and a safe space to relax from the stresses of daily life. ❤️

I am officially coming up on my 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of being in business and am doing my first official giveaway, to give back to all of you beautiful people who made this such a successful and memorable year for me!

So I have been pondering the many different ways I can expand my practice and have decided to dive into the world of essential oils! Any of you who have already had a treatment by me know I LOVE using japanese mint oil, especially for the tension headaches many of us are plagued by and to open up those pesky sinuses. (plus the smell is divine!)

Just began doing the introduction to essential oils, and am looking forward to learning more, and eventually implementing them into my massages. :) Happy thursday, and for those waiting patiently (or impatiently) for the weekend, only one day left! Woo!

I am now certified to practice FIRE CUPPING! And I just received my first shipment from Eastern Currents and am all stocked up on cups and supplies. :)
