Julie B trained at Canada's Top Private Makeup School, Paramita Academy of Makeup Inc in Toronto. Her training is always ongoing as beauty trends and tips are always changing! Julie B also offers waxing (specializing in eyebrow shaping), eyebrow & eyelash tinting, manicures & pedicures!
