Affirmations are something that have been coming up for me personally to embrace again. I know from experience they can have a profound impact!

Affirmations are very important. They move energy. Our words give permission. If you look at how our words as a society give permission, there are certain things that we do and don't say. There are certain things we've been asked not to say. This is why affirmations are so powerful for your inner world. Because we then give permission to our inner self, our mind, our psyche to start to stretch and change and release and grow.

This is something I've had to come to realize over the years, and I still need reminders on at times. There is only so much you can do to protect yourself. What you do in the aftermath is within your control 💗🙏

We fragment via trauma. However we also can lose and leak our energy daily due to being too absorbent of other's energies, our wounds being triggered and the daily anxiety and stress that may arise.

Be mindful to call yourself back from your day regularly.

Breathe yourself back via your in-breath through a soft rain or waterfall (to clean off the energetic debris) and then ground your spirit within your earth suit via your out-breath.

We can't always protect ourselves as naturally sensitive beings but we can excel in being impeccable cleaners of our energy along with knowing how to rebalance any out-of-balance experience.
