Featured charm time! Today it is Mookaite - Balance - Joy - Versatility

Mookaite is a unique type of Jasper found in Australia and derives its name from Mooka Creek in the western part of the continent where it is most abundantly found. This semi precious stone comes in a variety of colors, ranging from red, yellow, white, brown, purple and on occasion maybe even a little pink, orange, or green. Each color connecting to a different chakra and its vibrational qualities. Since discovering this beauty back in 2021 it has quickly become an equine favorite! Possibly because of its ability to open intuitive lines of communication between us and them🤷‍♀️😉. Mookaite is a light hearted stone fantastic for keeping things grounded and in alignment. It boosts confidence and personal will, encourages playfulness, versatility and curiosity, seeing things from all sides before choosing the best path forward, supports teamwork, and imparts feelings of stability, trust, wholeness, and unity.

Oooo! Opal, Tigers Eye, AND Obsidian in the same combination! Wow, is this gonna stir some s**t up!

Pink Opal to me brings with it fairies or sprites, but not the cute little tinker bell kind. These sprites though small and adorable are anything but predictable, and actually what are called earth elementals, or earth spirits, they live inside and on the land. They are easily excitable, take no side but the side they choose or the emotions they are fed the most, and can be evasive, taciturn, fickle, disruptive, kind and helpful, chaotic, or jovial on the drop of a dime. You combine that with the self assured opposing yet illusive cat like energies of Tigers Eye (hot and passionate) and Obsidian (cool and ruthless)... and some wicked things are gonna happen!

To temper and stabilize these extremes I have included three other stones to help grounded this combination into reality.

Todays featured charm is Amethyst - Love -Temperance - Serenity

Amethyst is one of those perfect for any occasion or situation stones! There is so much this one gemstone is capable of that if I listed all of its attributes this post would never end! So I will keep it short. Amethyst is a powerful, protective and high vibrational stone that connects one to their intuition. It has a focus on psychic abilities and connecting to spiritual wisdom. It supports mental and emotional calm/clarity, feelings of love, joy and inner serenity, discovering ones true self, and emotional healing. Let's take a moment to talk about the over arching themes I have come to understand about each shaped band! I know you're probably thinking what is this crazy woman talking about?! It's just a hunk of leather.. but hear me out...

Straight bands are as one would think, straight forward, usually uncomplicated, often direct, and typically more grounded and consistent. They have a "what you see is what you get" sort of vibe going on.

U shaped bands seem to bring more flow into things, communication is a theme with this shape, and its like they help to gently pull things into alignment. They are more intuitive, receptive, and allowing... Like they lend space for you to grow and draw your own conclusions about things.

V shaped bands are direct! Punchy, high vibration, unavoidant, and maybe even a little pushy sometimes. It's almost like they have a no nonsense attitude, and are insistent about the energy being directed in a constructive way that will bring about positive change.
