hey all! After almost 14 years, I’m closing my centre. The timeline isn’t determined yet, because I want to give everyone ample opportunity to finish, or start a reboot if necessary. I have a plan for how to help you get to your goal regardless. Call me or text, and we can discuss. The last post added promos from prior months, and do not apply, and I mentioned the ‘h’ word and got bombarded with people wanting to fix my account. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hey all! Next week we are travelling to port Alberni and Victoria, so if you need an appointment or product, please come in Tuesday between 10-3, or make arrangements outside of those hours. You will be able to shop 10-5 every day, but I won’t be there. Remember I’m in Theracare physio in the Coop mall on 13th.

Butter popcorn is in, and it’s delicious. Text me with any questions. I’ll be available the entire time I’m away to answer questions or book appointments.
