**No-Show/Cancellation Policy**
No-shows (no notice) will be charged $25 upon the next appointment.
If cancelled within 12 hours before the appointment, there will be a $10 charge upon the next appointment.
(If there is an emergency, please contact me (306 821 3468) to explain the sudden cancellation and charges may be nullified.)
*After 3 cancellations, I will issue a warning.
*After 2 cancellations after warning, future appointments will be terminated.
*After 3 no-shows, future appointments will be terminated.
