Stay Hydrated
It’s easy to forget to take care of yourself when you’re busy caring for others, but something as simple as drinking enough water can make a big difference. Staying hydrated helps your body stay energized and your mind stay focused. Try keeping a water bottle nearby as a reminder to take small sips throughout the day; your body will thank you for it.
